I’m not much of an expert. But, in my opinion the default strings are wonderful as is.(Super 7350M, NPS, p/n 073-7350-006, Gauges: (.045, .065, .085, .105) if that means anything to you)

Just the guitar itself is comfortable. The strings give you a sense of gliding rather than strumming or fingering in the most innocent form of the word. I wouldn’t know of any other size or type of string to recommend.

This is coming from someone who started playing on a First Act, so the Squire is silky white chocolate to kids like me.
